330ml bottle. If only all pale lagers looked, smelt and tatsed this good the world would be a better place. Rocky dense head and a deep golden honey colour. The aroma is strong and fills the nose with a sweet pleasant scent. Full in the mouth with a velver texture. Big and bold and puts the bite into pale lagers. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - FEB 26, 2011
Pours a deep copper with tannish cream-colored head. Head was huge as poured in my angular Mikkeller tulip - from the festival. Head stuck around for a good bit and left quite some lacing.
Hops in the nose! Once you get past the hop nose, there is a bit of malt. Wish I could smell more, but this beer is hitting me hard, plus the hops are dominating so much it’s hard to distinguish what is what.
Hops in the mouth! Prominent is the hops yet again. A little bit of maltiness underneath. Little bit of ’chalkiness’ that I get from centennial or columbus hops usually. Does not detract, it’s just how I perceive these hops sometimes in my brews.
Very viscous. Got a bit a of the chalkiness I mentioned above. Again, not a detractor. Bit sweet but balanced well with the bitterness and aroma of the hops.
VERY drinkable. I think this is just Arrogant Bastard rebottled. Which is probably why I like it so much. I will definitely pick up as much as I can, if the price is right, whenever I can. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 4, 2012
Bottled. Poured cloudy orangey-amber with a tall, sticky off-white head. The aroma picked up clean bready notes and lighter-skinned fruits, with fresh oranges, peaches, and other fruits around.. light peppery notes too.. surprisingly good!. The flavor found bread and mixed fruity malts at the core.. Orange and pine resin bitterness and light sourness around.. finished dry, fruity, and peppery.. tasty! Medium-bodied and well-carbonated on the palate.. smooth across the middle.. good transitions through the mouth.. excellent stuff! saxo (18422) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2010
Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops, caramel and fruits. LilBeerDoctor (3931) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 9, 2010
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange brown with a thick, creamy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel malt, pale malts, tropical fruits. Flavor of sharp citrus, spicy hops, pale malts. Not a typical strong pale lager (and certainly not an imperial pilsener), but quite tasty nonetheless! Quite hoppy and fruity.

Very nice strong pale lager has aromas of caramel & citrus. Pleasant yeast character, full body and a good balance of malt and hops. Very nice indeed. chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 28, 2011
Bottle into my Orval glass...Pours a medium copper with a big carbonated light tan head, good retention and lacing...The aroma is super light only a little yeast....The taste is surprisingly super nice, very flavorful. Strong but light grassy hops, light caramel malt finish...Great feel, easy to drink.
This is the first one in the series that I’ve had but going to be tough to beat.

clear orange, smooth large yellow head.
very nice flowery aorma, malty, faint exotic fruits.
flavor is strong exotic fruit, hops, full flavor, good malty base, defiently an axtreme beer, tastes really good. One of the most extreme lagers i remember having tasted, that tasted real good. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JUL 29, 2010
The beer pours a yellow-orange color with a white head. The aroma is strong orange and grapefruit. The flavor is orange hops with some grain. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very good beer that cold be called an India Pale Lager. Without looking at the label, I would have figured this would be an American Style IPA, not a lager.
