A dark beer with hints of chocolate and vanilla. These subtle chocolate notes develop alongside a silky smoothness in the mouth.

Black pour with a mocha head. Aromas of milk chocolate. Good flavours of milk chocolate and roasted grain but there is a distinct lack of body in the mouthfeel which really let the beer down.

Gramoit (490) - Surrey, ENGLAND - JUL 6, 2013
Found this a little hard to drink. Chocolate and some vanilla in the taste. Some metallic as well which lowers the enjoyment considerably.

lliams (204) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 28, 2013
damn. in a bad way. expected more. tastes like nasty easter egg chocolate... add some austere lagery dryness that doesn’t suit and voila. appearence is good though haha

Great beer, smooth and chocolate flavour is not too strong or sweet. Really enjoyed it

Bif (2242) - St. Charles, Missouri, USA - APR 6, 2013
Pours a black color with a good tan head that faeds to lacing. Aroma ofchocolate, roasted malt and a hint of vanila in the background. Taste of chocolate and roasted malt. Mild bitterness with a fairly dry finish. Has a pretty full body that is smooth and creamy. Nice subtle chocolate sweetness that does not overpower. Nice beer for the style. A good after dinner "dessert" drink.

Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - MAR 28, 2013

WilleLW (273) - Lund, SWEDEN - JAN 21, 2013
Black reddish colour with a crispy tan head. Aroma of chocolate, some roasted malts and a little metal. Also some coffee. Taste of roasted malts with coffee and hints of dark chocolate. Dry taste and a medium body.

varanid99 (1204) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 22, 2012
Black pour, caramel coloured head. Chocolate, roasted grains, treacle on the nose. A nice little bit of bitterness, then a big chocolate hit. Tastes like dark chocolate syrup. Not bad as a dessert beer, otherwise the chocolate is a bit much
