COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light and lively American Pale Ale is sure to quench your thirst on a hot summer day in the Finger Lakes. Pilsner malt makes up the base for this beer with a touch of CaraAmber malt for a bit of color and caramel flavor. The hops are all American and lend subtle citrus notes to this fine ale.

Draft. Pours a cloudy light gold, nice white lace. Floral hops, caramel malt. Medium body and bitterness. Ok

Lubiere (14110) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2011
A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, strange mix of malt, light floral hops and boiled veggies. In mouth, a weird grainy malt with light floral hops, a bit short in mouth, some astringency. On tap at Seneca Lodge Brewfest, Dec. 3 2011.

probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2011
Sample at Seneca Lodge Brewfest. 03DE11.

App.: Hazy deep golden with a white rim. Aroma: Very vegetal – boiled Brassica, a little lemony biscuit, a little pine, seems like there is a fair PA behind the defects. Palate: Medium body, restrained effervescence. Flav.: More boiled Brassica, pine, a little citrus, biscuit, light fruity notes, ruined by the defects; dry with decent bitterness and a resinous/vegetal biscuit finish.

Bad. Stick to wine, please.
