theprof (956) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2016
Cask. Stewed plums, malt biscuit. Pours chestnut brown with ruby tints and tan cream top with strong lacing. Taste of roasted hops, biscuity and with hints of cough drops. Medium bodied. The bitter languor on the palate is not a plus for me but it’s an interesting mixture. Tastes like a way station to a better different beer.

The_Osprey (7991) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 11, 2016
Cask hp at The Masque Haunt, Old St. Orange brown, clear, still, minimal off white scum. Aroma is caramel, nutty, musty, apple. Body is smooth with low carbonation. Taste is thin malt sugars, a little drying, demerara. Ok if a little thin.
