Cask at ealing. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Week raspberry notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Again raspberry present not dominating. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Pours clear bright orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty with some berry-like fruitiness. Taste is fruity sweetness with some bitter finish.

Cask. Aroma of soured fruit. Pours amber gold on the orange band. Has a spotted thin white head with little lacing. I assumed a wheat beer would be light and refreshing in a sultry day. But a pale would have been the better choice. Tastes of biscuits soaked in lychee juice and not in a good way. I can’t say the raspberries came through for me but that is not a disappointment but the rest is.

Cask handpump at The Joseph Else, Nottingham, Saturday 9th April 2016 with dad. Pours warm gold with a short lasting white to off white head. Raspberry notes on the nose, in the mouth this has a sweet fruity tang, I guess that the raspberries are just about discernible, it is absolutely fine however not a beer I would seek out again. We left both this and the Kelham Island Ace of Spades, though this was a little better. . A6 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.9

Draught (Sir Henry Royce, Peterborough)
Soft grainy aroma, light wheatiness, some red berries, but more redcurrant than raspberry. Juicy, but sharp palate. Fruity, apple, some sourness. A bit messy and harsh. Cider-like tinges. Nope.

Towey1989 (3437) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2015
Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A hazy deep golden colour with a pink tint and a foamy off white head. Aroma of raspberry, a little apple, wheat, subtle acidic yogurt and some straw. Taste of raspberry, wheat, subtle barnyard funk, slight yogurt and maybe peach in there. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A sweet, slightly sour, raspberry wheat finish. Tastes exactly like it says on the pumpclip. Slightly acidic and sour but the sweetness balanced it out. Not a fan though.

Aroma: some malts, fruits, dark berries, hints of raspberries. Appearance: golden/orange, medium white head. Taste: moderate sweet, some bitters. Palate: light carbonation, bitters continue, medium long finish. Overall: OK fruity Wheat Beer - will probably never become my favourite beer style. Pint at the GBBF13, London.

ruby tinged amber with tart raspberry aroma. Rich fruity body, gentle carbonation, medium mouth feel, quite acidic but quaffable.

Mr_Pink_152 (5772) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle from local supermarket. Rich gold with no head. Some raspberry aroma and delicate taste. Nice fine carbonation. Not bad at all. I did fear the raspberry would be overpowering but really subtle.

jjsint (3606) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2013
Clear orange-gold. No head. Fruit, wheat and paper aroma. Taste is really sour - a surprise for a mainstream cask ale. Sweet edges can’t barge their way past the sourness. A twist on a classic formula.

olliejobbins (1577) - Dorking, Surrey, ENGLAND - DEC 2, 2013
Catching up on Leicester beer festival ratings. pours orangey yellow with small head. i get more malts and wheat than i do raspberry. no raspberry to speak of in aroma either so not what i expected.
