Clear medium orange to yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, light yeasty, earthy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, earthy fruit. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft.

Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, floral and slightly malty and herbal notes. Flavour is rather similar. Nothing that special.
Cask at cloisters ... light yellow ... light mellow hop nose ... little sweetness ... mellow hop ... bitter dry hop linger.

Clear pale golden blonde with a good sized white head - the best aspect of this one!
Nose is pale malt, straw, light lemon zest, grainy, corn.
Taste comprises light citrus, grass, bread dough, pale malt, cereal.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.

Half pint, guest ale on cask at The Pembury Tavern. Golden body with a slight haze, Floral-fruity aroma. Lemony-hops and melon (a bit like cantaloup) in taste. Soft bitter ending. Well balanced beverage (12.08.2008).
