Cask; black, thin white head; smooth mouthfeel; low carbonation; coffee, lightly roasted malt, dark fruit, perhaps a little liquorice; quite dry, and very bitter; a hint of exotic hop fruit on the finish; whilst it isn’t especially thick, it is still a fairly complex beer; balanced and quite moreish.
