COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our take on a classic German style that quenches the thirst with a crisp noble hop finish. A German Pilsner base with Vienna and acidulated malt.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Soft grain and a light cracker note with some dusty noble hops.Crisp and grainy, nice light sweetness to it. Rather clean, light and easy, touch of creaminess to it. Easy drinking, very refreshing. Nice start.

Aroma; more floral than most Kolsch beers but with nice Noble hop notes, grainy behind.
Look: medium off white cap, sparse rings on glass.
Body/Palate: medium bodied, softer carbonation, average/shorter finish.
Taste; plenty of hop character in taste, very forward for style yet with nice Noble hop notes. Hint of cantaloupe and grass. Soft bottom. Pleasant.

Draft at the brewpub. Clear gold, white head, streaky lacing. Grains, pale malts, apple skins, and some light spice. Clean, grassy flavor that’s similar to the aroma. Nice, clean, crisp feel. Good beer.
