In a mixer 6-pack with Curious Parrot. Pours a very thin layer of foamy head. Has a hazy golden, light orange appearance. Aromas of light roasted malts, mild citrus hops and fruits. Odd mixture of flavours. Getting tropical fruits, sweet malts, notes of pears and apples in the finish. Feels like a hefeweizen. Tingling mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Not the best Mill st. brew I’ve had. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
Bottle from Mill Street Spring Sampler pack. Bright golden colour with a very faint haze and a small white head. Aroma and flavour both have a white wine character, as is intended for the beer, along with a faint hint of buttery oak on the back of the palate. Malt note is grainy with a sugar-water sweetness at first that is quickly over taken by the white wine notes, and the finish is fairly dry and short, with a suggestion of vinegar (off-shoot of the vinous middle, perhaps) and more warmth than expected from the moderate abv. An odd one. Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 17, 2016
Draft @ YYZ. Hazy, yellow, thin head. Vinous nose with lots of ester and some wheaty phenols. Balanced, light blond maltiness, vague woody notes, esters and a touch of wheat. Not bad. Boutip (6372) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2016
Draft: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a medium foamy had with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light dry wheat malt with some notes of Chardonnay. Taste is also a mix of dry wheat malt with light dry Chardonnay notes. Body is full with medium carbonation. Not bad thought it is lacking some complexity. tmalaher (304) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 6, 2016
tasted at Calgary 2016 Beer Fest. For an Oki beer, there is not enough soap in this. Pleasant enough but not recommended

Aroma: lemon grass, slightly herbal. Straightforward.
Top: small white head.
Base: clear gold
Palate : medium thin bodied. Mid felt empty, short finish, sides with more substantial. Dry with frisky carbonation.
Taste: watery with faint oak notes.
On tap at Mill Street Brewpub YYZ as "Don Valley Bench" (no "Estate").
Appearance: hazy pale gold with one fat finger of slightly creamy white head, moderate retention and lacing. (3/5) Aroma: muted, grainy pale malt, grassy. (4/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, very light tart. (4/10) Palate: light body, moderate carbonation, short duration mildly bitter finish. (3/5)
Meh. Really bland. Almost no wheat at all, except for a very little sour-ish edge. But for that, it could almost be a macro lager - except it’s not that crisp. Finishes reasonably clean, but there’s just not much going on. (9/20) reebtogi (6261) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 10, 2016
355ml bottle pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a finger of white head that leaves very little lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet malts and grass. Taste is a malty sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Claims to be oak aged, but not getting any oak. Light bodied with adequate carbonation. Very uninspired brew. Not recommended. robinvboyer (4651) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - APR 8, 2016
Very chalky, earthy, malted wheat. Slightly buttery, some light vanilla, and some barrel, with alot of sweet, malted wheat. Wet paper and chalk.... Weird. Kauge (1949) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 4, 2015
Tap at the Brewpub. Hazyish pale yellow. Small white head. Stinky gherkin aroma juice aroma. Sourish grany wheaty flavour. WTF is this? Gherkin juice and beer mix? Doughy notes. Crisp in the mouth with quite nice lightish body, dryish grainy wheaty finish. Faint stickiness. It’s bad. Wouldn’t dare think it’s gone off. Just bad.
