On tap at St Augustine’s, pours a clear dark orange with a small beige head. Nose brings out lots of pumpkin spices, especially cinnamon. Flavour is massively spicy, with loads of cinnamon upfront, followed by nutmeg and pumpkin purée. Pretty standard pumpkin ale, with a light body and not a whole lot going on. Pint poured at real sports in Toronto. Pours Amber with minimal head. Smells like cinnamon and nutmeg. Tastes like most pumpkin ales; heavy on spices. Drinkable. Not spectacular Kauge (1958) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 4, 2015
Tap at the Brewpub. Near clear dark amber with a brief off-white head. The nose is warming pumpkin and indistinct spices, same applies to flavour. Not really enjoying this. Lightish body, average carbonation. Dryish. Metallic. The unsatisfying brief finish is so similar to other sub-par pumpkin ales. superspak (5597) - Michigan, USA - SEP 23, 2015
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 8/19/2015. Pours slightly hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, wheat, gingerbread, light chocolate, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of pumpkin, spices, and dark/bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, wheat, gingerbread, light chocolate, and herbal/toasted earthiness. Minimal herbal/spice bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, gingerbread, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness, complexity, and balance of pumpkin, spices, and dark/bready malt flavors; with no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/bready, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice session pumpkin wheat ale style. All around good robustness, complexity, and balance of pumpkin, spices, and dark/bready malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering. markas101 (2455) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 21, 2015
Bottle, Ann Arbor, MI, USA via Windsor. Murky amber brown thin head. Clove aroma, a bit overpowering. Some brown sugar, more clove. Not for me.

Part of the Autumn Harvest 6 pack with Oktoberfest. Poured a thick foamy off-white head and has a dark reddish/amber appearance. Pumpkin spice and nutmeg are apparent in the aroma. A bit of cinnamon flavour as well as the aforementioned pumpkin spices. Hints of vanilla, peppers, and some other weird taste I can’t pinpoint. Not too bad. gilvanblight (825) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2014
First tried this at the Windsor Craft Beer Festival.
Smells like Pumpkin as expected. Very easy to drink. Nice pumpkin and spice taste. Still tastes like a beer though. Papillon (400) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 13, 2014
355mL Bottle. Hazy amber body with a small but tenacious foamy film. An aroma of pumpkin pudding stands out above the pale malts and astringent hops. The flavor has a thin feel to it, tasting like a pumpkin pudding with astringent hops and allspice and nutmeg coming up in the aftertaste and finishing like an unsweetened pumpkin pudding. It struggles to make a passable impression. No encores for that flaming pumpkin on the label. fiulijn (20515) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 13, 2014
Draught at St. Augustine’s, VancouverJohnsense (1671) - - OCT 12, 2014
Hazy dark amber color with small compact head. Egg and butter aroma. Weak mouthfeel, with a light puckery sourness, some spices, maybe light butter.
Odd, probably off.
a very spice forward pumpkin beer in both aroma and taste. pumpkin takes a backseat to nutmeg and allspice. lighter body.
