1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Has a bit of lime in the nose that isn’t altogether unpleasant. Pours a nice light pillsner colour. tastes like shit. oh well.
330ml bottle from Cellarbrations, Main beach, Surfers Paradise
Pale straw with OK head.
Aroma is lime with sulfur/DMS note.
Slight bitterness with thin watery bottle - more of a Radler/shandy.
For thirst quenching purposes only.

Straight from bottle. Another lawnmower beer. Refreshing when you are hot and wish to down something quickly. Cold filtered water though might do the trick even better. Also good to put six or so in the Esky when you have a large gathering as there is always someone who will prefer this to beer (who has never had anything other than a macro lager). E.g. me 15 years ago. crossovert (13730) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 8, 2015
355ml bottle. Old rate. Shitty macro alcopop meets adjunct lager bullshit, avoid ametras (1709) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 5, 2015
355ml bottle. Clear golden, effervescent bubbles and a foamy white head. "Flavors" are corn syrup, cardboard and some bland artificial flavouring. Light body, fizzy carbonation, watery texture. BeckyPez86 (11) - - APR 7, 2015
This is a summer beer for the beach. It is a clear pale yellow colour and tastes like lime.

Single 355 ml bottle from the grab bin at Park Lane Liquor Store, served in a footed Big Rock lager glass. Part one of a mini-series of light lagers, ticked and rated. Pours a highly carbonated, golden straw yellow with a pearly white head that pops, crackles, and vanishes, leaving some lace web fragments. Aroma is sweet cereals, lime, and grassiness; flavor is faintly lager-like with dominant, semi-ersatz lime. Thin mouthfeel, but finishes crisply, though the strong lime essence sticks around longer than I’d care for. A serviceable cerveza with nothing horribly off-putting; it’ll quench thirst handily. Note: this review is for "Miller Chill Lime" found in Canada, which has no mention of "Chelada Style" or salt on the label; judging by other reviews below, "chelada" apparently is Spanish for "revolting". tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - FEB 24, 2015
Bottle: I’ll be honest. Back before I liked craft beer & drank solely for the social purposes of drinking, Bud Light Lime was my beer of choice. I didn’t really care for Bud Light (aka BEER AS I KNEW IT) back then, so the Lime helped to distract the fact that I was essentially drinking rain water. I remember trying Labatt Blue Light Lime for the first time & thinking it was even better. I also remember seeing Miller Chill for the first time & getting excited like a school girl, only to be extremely let down compared to its two competitive brethren. By far the worst of the three (we are talking bronze medalist of the Special Olympics, here). Lime is actually the heaviest but comes off as way too artificial, distracting, & cloying. Weird salty notes don’t help either. Kind of vegetal. Astringent, metallic. Shitty. Honestly if you want a MACRO MADE lime lager, LBL-Lime is the way to go. 330ml bottle. No glass. Hardly any aroma! No lime. Pale yellow in bottle, zero carbonation. Mineral water feel and taste. Where’s the lime? Aftertaste is a little vegetal, salt and then a tiny bit of citrus. I mean tiny! The XXXX lager with lime is much better. On the plus side, this is drinkable. Unlike MGD. Huge thanks to adnielsen for pooning this mega wæl for me. Big props. Drank this God nectar straight from the bottle. Because it is clear glass, I could easily deduce the clear, yellow color of the liquid. Sticking my cocaine infested nostril into the bottle opening, I smell limes and corn. Taste is sweet. Flavors of artificial lime and creamed corn. So, so beautiful. slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 7, 2014
"the light pee flavored "beer" under the lime flavoring is pretty nasty stuff (like most miller beers) so it’s no surprise that any kind of lime flavors (artificial or not) are actually a big improvement. allows one to be able to finish the beer...but that’s about it."
