I really dont like "Ice" beers. Not that it really means much, but somehow the taste dissagrees with me. This beer is no different. Though the taste really isnt that much different - still tastes like your drinking metal and cereal with water.

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2006 Not too bad, but still not good. Its OK for a lite beer. But its still macro swill.

Just like the regular, only ice filtered. Like ice filtering even matters. Ice filtering is something invented by Augie Busch to try and fool all the rednecks out there. It's about as useful as tits on a bull. Whatever.

Womderful straw hue with a fizzy head and some lace. The aroma is corn, vegetable, some aromatic hops, and metallic. The taste is crisp and watery, wonderful use of DMS for balance. Thin and crisp mouthfeel. Oh how I love saying nice things so the brewer will not get their feelings hurt.

Was not what I was expecting. Better tasting than most light ice beers...bets the hell out of bud ice light.

So it's "light", which means it's brewed with less malt for lower calories. And it's "ice", which means they freeze some of the water out of it to up the alcohol content without using more malt. So what we've got here is a hideous creature that concentrates all its nastiness and presents it in bottled form. Where was I going with this? This beer is so awful that I've forgotten.

Don't diss the Lite Ice. Sure it's not great but it's not a 3 out 20. If you think so, you are a beertard.
