COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

markschiedon (682) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 5, 2014
Drinking from a 33 cl bottle. An earthy aroma. The unclear brown beer has a medium brownish head. A nutty, sweet, strawberry, alcohol taste. High carbonated.

Good Belgian dubbel. Very yeasty body, with a taste of sweet malt and dark fruits. Nice.

Bottle, brownish colour, small short lasting head. A very nice surprise, sweet chocolate-like attack, bitter almost stoutlike finish. Don’t get fooled by the comicstrip girl on the bottle, this is great stuff.

Holmen2 (3850) - NORWAY - JAN 31, 2014
A gusher. Dark ruby. Mahogany. Beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, brown sugar and toffee. A bit too fizzy. Dry moutfeel. Taste of toast, roasted nuts and toffee. Medium bitterness.

Shared a 33cl bottle from Cora (Luxembourg). Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a tan head. Aroma has roasted malts, caramel, yeast and light chocolate. Average lively carbonation with a medium body. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Overall, a very nice beer.

Bottle sampled at home. Gushed into a hazy brown pour with a tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, raisins and overripe dark fruit. Flavor is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
