bouteille 33cl. BB date 12/2008 Cuivre, col pais beige.

6th October 2008. Very sour start which is quickly overwhelmed by smoke. Smokey dry finish. Unique in its combination of fruity sourness and smoke. Hard work nontheless!

(33cl bottle) Hazy, copper colour with a short light-beige creamy layer. Sweet toast-malty aroma with caramel, licorice, a touch of candy and alcohol. Sourish flavour with a shy malty sweetness in the background, medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Berry fruity and slightly toasted malty taste with a mouldy touch, especially towards the fruity and tart finish (22.III.09).

Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, smoked malt, moderate to light heavy yeasty, leather grease, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (040708)

Bottled. Aroma has some smoked peated malts, yeast and some fresh fruity hoppiness. Cloudy, yellow-orange coloured with a lasting, off-white head. Taste is sweet, bit sour. It has some smoke, yeast and citrus in it. Okay.

Bottled. Bottle doesnt say fume, but it is clearly smoked. Cloudy orange brown color, short off-white head. Aroma of smoked malt, peat, some orange as well. Taste is strange, sticky sweet, slight sour. Not at all like the aroma. But im still confused whether this beer is or is not the fume.
