16 oz can from Dave. Hoppy nose and lots of initial carbonation. Dry hop taste with a little smooth malt aftertaste. Not perfectly balanced but still good. Little to no floral taste. I'm pretending someone is milking me when I drink it. ---Rated via my mouth

On tap. Pours golden orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma is of hops, grass, and malt. Taste is of light hops, grass, and straw. Lingering dusty malt taste. Mouthfeel is light and watery. Body is like water. Bland and almost tasteless.

Sweet and perfume aroma and taste. Not much bitter. An unusual pale ale that I enjoyed.

can. Amber with two finger head. Mild malt base and medium hops. Average or slightly below. Seems a bit dull.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2013 This was a pretty solid choice on a hot day after doing some yard work. The pour is a bronze-golden color with a moderate fluffy off-white head. The aroma shows a bit of fruity and resinous hops along with some doughy malt and oats. Toasted malt flavor combines with resinous hops and a dash of citrus lemon. Some grains and floral notes mix in. Not overly exciting but well-rounded and good.

Rock-solid American Pale (NOT an IPA!). Ive had this beer on tap at local pubs and go out of my way to get 6-packs of the 16 oz cans to keep the fridge stocked at home. (Dont let the cans age more than about 6 weeks; even if you keep them chilled they can go flat on you.) The guy that said it was over-carbonated must have bought it right off the delivery truck or his distributor didnt keep it chilled; this stuff is smooth and generally pours very calm. Nice thin head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass. Bold, bready malt flavor with just the right hint of hop finish (not an over-hopped IPA).

16 oz can that exploded like a gunshot when openend. I didnt get hurt but it was pretty dangerous. The pour is 100% head. The beer is a decent but overcarbbed pale.

Pours a slightly cloudy medium amber color with a big frothy head that lingers a bit. Big citrusy aroma and some pale malt as well. Taste is a nice balance between citrus hops, light malt, light bitterness. There is some spiciness too. High carbonation but still very easy drinking. Fairly dry finish makes you want to drink more. A solid American Pale Ale.

From notes. First reviewed 9/3/2011. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass. This pours a full caramel color with golden edges. A billowing white cap forms initially and really clings to the glass. Great retention. The nose has bready malt with a hint of caramel sweetness. There is a grassy hop aroma as well. The initial flavor is totally related to the malt bill. Pale malt imparts a chewy, bready flavor with a bit of honey and caramel as well. The taste becomes well balanced when the hops kick in. Mostly a grassy bitterness with a little bit of grapefruit citrus as well. This never tries to become a hop bomb, just a well-balanced pale. One of the strengths of this beer is the balanced feel. At the start it is slightly sticky and sweet, with some hop oil cutting through with a pleasant bitterness, leaving behind some grassy hop oil. The carbonation is pleasantly creamy and smooth, and there is a light grainy feel as well. Medium bodied. This is a solid pale ale that doesnt try to do too much. It is relaxed and balanced, with a nice malt sweetness balanced out by the grassy hoppiness.

can that bubbled quite a bit once once popped... dark gold with a light tan head... smells infected, oak, lots of brett and a bit lactic... more brett, basically thats the whole thing, if this was a wild it would be ok but as a pale ale, terrible
