2015-08-15. Murky pastel yellow body, headless. 3+ Aroma is lightly funky, mild apple character. Flavour is quite tart and acidic, light funk, tart apples. A bit bracingly sour. Average bodied palate, soft to no carbonation. Nice, but intense. Bottle at Campground Brewdown.

Sampled at Max’s Rare and Obscure Part 8. Pours a clear, limey gold with zero head. Nose has crisp apples, green apple skins, white grape, mild lemon. Sample @ Millstone. Hazy light gold pour with a small white head. Quite tart, under ripe apples and dirt. Taste is earthy. Nice tannic punch. Lemon rind. Very dry on the finish. Quite drinkable and lots of fun.
