Cask conditioned at The Fleece, Bretforten, Worcs. Light Gold beer with white head. Another cracking beer from this brewery, hoppy, light and full of clean citric flavours. A good example of a Brewery that is trying hard. It was good to see the pub rebuilt after the disastrous fire a couple of years back. A pleasant end to the trip.

Cask, half, by handpump at The Rising Sun. Clear golden body, small white head leaving dotted spots down the glass. Herbal hoppy aroma, notes of resin. Taste of sweet citrus and leafy hops supported by earth malts. Mild dry bitter endnotes. Smooth mouthfeel. On par with the style (Manchester, 27.01.2013).

[cask at Cloisters, Edinburgh] Golden yellow beer with a decent white head. Grassy, citrusy fruit aroma, with some sweet malt. Flavours follow on, with the hops coming out as the malt recedes. Well-balanced golden bitter - finish is particularly dry, which I liked [04112011]
