Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Grainy, lacking distinguishable hops, malts, etc. Probably a good example of an average pilsener, but who honestly knows or cares.
12 oz. bottle. Hazy golden pour, with a slim white head. Aroma of grassy hops, lemon, sweet malt. Taste was moderate sweet, crisp, citrus, sweet grains. Nice. Ron (3922) - Rochester, New York, USA - DEC 26, 2016
A bottle Erica brought back in her 12 pack. After winter Disc golf. Pours bright clear golden with a fluffy white head. Nose of fresh white bread, a decent amount of sweetness (honey), and delicate floral/grassy hops. Taste brings out a bit of an added cereal element. muzzlehatch (4951) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 25, 2016
12 ounce bottle from Brennan’s Market on University Avenue, Madison, served just out of the fridge in a König Pils glass. Moderate to large fluffy head decays slowly to a light haze atop the luminous pale gold body...fresh, light grassy aroma, earthy humus and faint pepper and honey...on the tongue, lightly sweet at first, slowly growing moderate bitterness which climaxes in a dryer, somewhat hard and mineralic finish...body is quite full, verging on too slick/syrupy but never getting there, carbonation soft and tingly. A very, very solid example of the style, in particular when considering the fine interplay of these lightly sweet pale malts and the dry herbal bitterness of the noble hops. Balance. Not quite outstanding but I have the feeling this bottle was not at it’s freshest - couldn’t tell of course because even though there’s a month-line on the side it’s unchecked. If you’re going to date for freshness, go all the way and actually provide legible information! Homer321 (5044) - Melboring, Florida, USA - SEP 5, 2016
Bottle from Chicago visit. I think a family member just left this in my suitcase when I wasn’t looking. Nose is strong in grass and faint cat pee character reminiscent of Victory Prima Pils. Lots of straw malt aroma. Lightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Taste is more hop forward with a pleasant pepper quality to it. Actually a very enjoyable German style pils. Straw color with a fluffy, wispy white head. Aromas of fresh cut weeds, sumac and just a hint of pale malt. Light citrus and pale malt flavors. Not a crisp clean hop profile. 12/12

On tap. Bright straw with good clarity. Thin white head that has minimal lacing. Biscuit and cereal malt flavor with a medium floral finish. Very well done and clean pilsner. racecarr98 (42) - Illinois, USA - JAN 3, 2016
Solid pilsner with a light crisp taste. It’s worth picking up a six pack and chilling. HuskerTan (2168) - Ravenna, Nebraska, USA - NOV 6, 2015
A- Corn, slightly sweet, subtle lemon.
A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head.
T- Sweet corn, grains, subtle lemon.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish.
O- This one was pretty crisp and refreshing. A bit of hoppiness to it and a decent flavor. Not totally bland and boring. Travlr (24307) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 31, 2015
Bottle courtesy of HuskerTan, thanks! Hazy pale straw color, bright thin white head. Aroma is very lemony. Taste is lightly bitter and peppery citrus. Decent. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 7, 2015
Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains and bread on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes crisp and clean. Nicely done pilsner.
