A true "Flussiges Brot" or liquid bread. Malted wheat is carefully blended with the traditional malted barley, and brewed with special hops to create a "Summer Fest" beer. Light and zesty in itself, the beer is served in a tall glass with a slice of lemon.

12oz shorty bottle. Filtered thin orange-tan color. Mild non-aroma. Light malt sweetness, easy drinking. Pretty spot on, fresh and highly enjoyable. Definitely a US wheat beer, not going for German Hefe-duplication. Very nice minimal, but crisp, hop balance. An excellent beer.

NO real aroma but a very nice even bread taste...Nothing too overpowering. Wish it had a little more flavor....but a damn good beer overall.

Blah. Light, hazy gold. No head but spritzy body. Cider aroma. Flavor is watered down wheat, just a bit of citrus. Not for me.

Hazy straw yellow with a large white soapy crown that fades back into the aggressive looking concoction below. Aroma of perfumed malts, wheat and light honey. Taste of, hang on a second, holy carbonation. Overpowering on the tongue, just a bit too prickly and thats one hell of a foamy palate. Anyway, taste of honey, sweet malt, wheat, mild fruit and honey.

Good wheat beer, being from the Iowa City area Ive always enjoyed millstream brews. But nothing over the top.

Bottle courtesy of pepsican. Pours a hazy amber with sparse white bubbles. Smells of smells citrussy with some wheat hints. Tastes citrusy with a weird aerosol like finish.

totally clear, without head, and light orange. smell is plain, slightly wheatish, but actually pretty lagerish and infectedish. flavor is mouth-grimacing. quite sweet.... it really nails the style of ’shitty american wheat’ perfectly.

thanks pepsi. golden pour. small white head. aroma is very plain. almost smells more like a lager than a wheat ale. flavor reminds me of a wheat but is too grainy and watered down.

Thanks to hopdog for this bottle. Pours a mostly translucent golden with a small bubbly white head, not much lacing. Aroma of lemon, some bready/wheat notes but not a whole lot more. Flavor of light wheat, a little bready and lemon zest. This was freshing...but a bit too watery and lacking in aroma and flavor. I think I’m going to bust into some Honey Hot Peanuts and hopefully this will help take the burn off my tongue!

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2009 Pours pale, very slightly hazy peach. Thin white head that fades rather quickly but leaves some lacing before its completely gone. Aroma of grass, yeast, wheat, butterscotch and fresh cut rhubarb. Flavor is somewhat wheaty, sweet, general fruity notes, light bready yeast, a hint of pepper, a little plain lettuce spiciness ame some nice light planty hops toward the finish. Thin and a little under carbonated for the style. Refreshing, but overall uninteresting. Good for the hot and humid summer days, I guess.
