December 2017 - Cask, gravity dispense, at Pig's Ear Festival, Hackney Round Chapel. As 'Milltown Sterling Gold'. Amber orange, still, almost clear, very little head forming. Aroma is biscuity, grains and malt sugars. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is biscuity, sugary, touch of butter candy. OK stuff. (6-3-5-4-13=3.1)

Scopey (16226) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 1, 2018
Cask at Pig's Ear 2017. It pours clear golden - amber with pretty much no head. The aroma is is earthy, oily, toasty grain, bread, grass and straw. The taste is dry, bitter, oily, resin, toasty grain, porridge, grass and some floral accents. Medium body and fine carbonation. Very meh. Forgettable stuff.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds diacetyl, hay, pale bread, grass. Light sweet flavour with doughy white bread, a little bitter straw and grass, meringue. Light bodied with fine carbonation; OK condition. Finishes with further doughy pale malts, nips of butter, hay. So so.

Cask conditioned handpump Criterion Leicester 07/08/13. A golden beer with a white head and lace. Apply and underattenuated. Too sweet. Very disappointing.

mr_h (6059) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - MAY 2, 2013
Cask by handpump at Bon Accord, Glasgow - golden amber with a slight haze, thin creamy white head, pale malty and fruity aroma, poor lacing, indeterminate malt, well balanced, refreshing

jamesie1857 (1986) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2012
On cask at Brambles in Holmfirth - nice deep golden body on this one, fresh maltiness as well, with a decent fruity kick to it. Very nice, went down well.

BargeElland (11) - West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2012
A cracking hoppy bitter finish that went down a storm in the pub. Very similar to the Platinum Blonde available but with a little more body to it
