Cask at The Turf Tavern, Oxford. Pinkish gold with no head. Sweet and sticky cider, little happening on the apple front. Not good for me. northropfrye (3625) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 13, 2013
Cask at craft beer company, London. I didnt get a strong presence of rum in this, though it was a flavourful cider and not artificially sweet like so many. Pleasant. teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - JUN 21, 2013
Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell. It pours a deep golden color with no head and a small ring of bubbles. Aroma is intense and complex with apples, hay, wood, vinegar and alcohol. Taste is sweet-sour, medium dry, with big apple and barnyard notes. Some liqueur and wood as well. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Overall, tasty complex and refreshing. Great stuff.
