UPDATED: JUL 20, 2016 Handpull from the Flying Pig, Cambridge. Murky and impenetrable yellow-orange. Tannic, woody aroma with suggestions of cider vinegar. Taste is sour, tangy and intense. Finishes acrid to the point of biliousness. Swallowing is like trying to down turpentine. Its been too long since I lived in the Westcountry but I think this would be unnecessarily rough by anyones standards.

Cask at the Cock, Hackney. Short review due to session. Murky orange colour. For me, the taste of this was overpowered by metal and blood. Very obvious red wine presence. I love Rioja, but I dont think it improves this cider. My girlfriend called it bad breath cider.

Draught @ Bree Louise. Fairly sour, thin and astringent with a noticeable white wine influence. Quite dry with some tart apples, but just not hitting the right notes for me.
