September 16, 2017 - at Craft (Clerkenwell) - handpull cask. Very hazy pale gold, no head. Distinctive aroma - very tart apple, alcohol, and quite funky - not quite barnyard, but definitely a bit buggy; and not too sweet - seriously acidic. Taste is simpler - ripe golden delicious apple with almost battery acid sourness - a little jangly but good (7-). Solid body, a little syrupy, nice and lively and obviously acidic - amazingly, emerging sweetness in the linger ... really good, loved it.
