Growler thanks to jcwattsrugger shared at the UFC Fight Night. Poured a nice orange/amber with hardly any head at all but great body. Aroma earth, dirty citrus rinds, slight alcohol. Smooth body with light carbonation. Flavor of earth, dirty caramel, and citrus. dbarnold (1127) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - MAR 27, 2011
I thought this was pretty solid for a local brew pub. Good citrus aroma, pleasant lingering bitterness and a clean finish. Pretty solid hop content and a refreshing palate. Try it if you’re in manchester! pineypower (3347) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - MAR 20, 2011
Growler thanks to JCwatts. Pours out a nice copper color with a thin white head. Aroma is of caramel malts, and light citrus hops. Taste is similar to aroma, notes of citrus hops, light grain and some caramel with a slightly bitter finish. Goodgrief (2056) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - JAN 26, 2011
On tap at brewpub. Golden pour with amber hue, smallish head and some lacing. Some light caramel notes and some toastiness with a pretty good kick at the back end. This reminded me a bit of the old SN Anniversary ale. A bit light on the malts and so a liitle one dimensional on hops. Okay. mcox90 (2119) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 2, 2010
On tap at Milly’s Tavern. Pours a deep amber color with a thin off white head. One of the darkest IPAs I have come across. Aroma is citrus hops toned down considerably with caramel malt. Moderate bodied with a nice bitter finish. Flavor is hops with an earthy background. I would call it a "dirty" IPA.

A dark reddish amber IPA with no head. A lightly floral hoppy aroma with light caramel malt, smooth. In mouth, a very hoppy IPA, loads of grapefruits, lacking malt, drying the mouth, not bad but a bit imbalanced. Medium bodied. On tap at the brewpub, April 5, 2010. Appearance : Hazy amber with no head.
Aroma : Hops and candy sugar. Some malt with hints of caramel.
Taste : Hops with some sugar. Quite bitter. Finish is also quite bitter.
Overall : Nice IPA. Pretty clean and nicely hoppy.
Deep clear reddish brown pour with a one finger white head that leaves a beautiful lattice of lacing. Aroma is citrus, earth, grapefruit, toast, caramel, tangerine, and mandarin. Flavor is smackingly bitter with lots of orange, grapefruit, caramel, and toast. Like the Hopzilla, sweetness is low for the style, allowing a full gamut of hop flavors to prevail. Palate is medium to full bodied, with lively carbonation and a resinous bitter finish. puboflyons (3467) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 21, 2009
On tap at Milly’s and it pours amber red with a thin but long lasting head and nice clarity. The aroma is rich with hops and a background of sweet malts. A nice full bodied mouthfeel and a taste that is hoppy through and through, strong and bitter. It is one of Milly’s better recipes Sammy (12610) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 16, 2009
Enjoyed at the brewpub with the brewer. A 78 IBU IPA and full even creamy mouthfeel, drinkable. Mahogoney coloured body with a white soapy head, and very lacey. For hopheads.Appropriate carbonation.
