Growler shared by someone tonight, thanks.
Wow thats quite the crystal clear straw color. Light hints of lemon and coriander, watery thin body. I think this cleared too quickly and dropped most of the flavor. Meh! egajdzis (6672) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2009
Poured a hazy golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of lavender, toast, coriander, honey, citrus fruits, and a bit of banana. Taste of citrus, tart wheat, a little sweeter toffee, coriander, and mild spices, with a dry finish. Balthazar (86) - Clinton, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 17, 2007
Cloudy Honey Color with a nice foamy head. Smells of yeast but not overwhelming. Hints of banana. I liked it. Good Work Mike. tonyc603 (43) - New Hampshire, USA - OCT 5, 2006
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2007 Rerated in March 2007 This time the appearance was perfect, freshly made this had a beautiful wit haze and the nose was fresh of lemon, citrus and spice. Flavor had a touch of acidity and more malt character than the previous version, solid beer, I’m giving two point more for a great appearance.
Pint at the brewpub, this beer is way to clear. It should be hazy like other ones I’ve had. I had asked one of the bartenders and he said it had been on tap for a few months, so the beer must have settled out. Which was ok, but would have loved to try it with more yeast in there. It’s a bit thin in body but has some nice citrus and spice flavor with a touch of acidity. Would have scored higher if it looked better in the glass.8/3/8/3/17=3.9 LyndaNova (532) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 14, 2006
May 2006: On tap at Milly’s Tavern. Cloudy golden appearance with a small foamy head. Aroma is of citrus and spice. Nice balance of citrus and spice in the flavor, which works well with the overall vivaciousness of the Nit Wit.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2006 [tap @ Milly’s] Pours a clear, bright yellow color. Flavors are fruity and complex. Strong yeast and wheat elements in a nice balance. Finishes spicy and tart, with a bit of pepper coming through in the end. Out of all the wit styles coming out in the summer months, this one seems to be the best I’ve tried so far. jcwattsrugger (12507) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - MAY 29, 2006

Growler from Dirtymike at the 6/4/05 Mondial Gathering. Aroma of lemon, coriander, bubblegum and pils malt. Pretty aptly describes any Belgian wit, but this one was just so. Light, pale-white-gold color, hazy and with a thin white head, but some lacing. Dry coriander and plant stalks in the flavor, with a fresh green hops flavor that is unusual, but not unpleasant for the style. Dry wheat on the end and some bubblegum lingering. Lightly peppery carbonation, with large bubbles giving a fluffy texture. Medium to medium-light bodied. beerbuzzmontreal (3487) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 12, 2005
