On gravity at Swindon BF 30/10/08. Deep gold in colour with next to no head. Sweetish malt aroma with orange fruit, caramel and some spicy hops. Flavour was also sweet, with marmalade, fruit cake and grassy hops. A bit overpowering.

Svesse (8942) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 16, 2008
(Cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London, 5 Aug 2008) Amber colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of mandarin, orange, apricots and fresh hops. Fruity taste with orange, mandarin and fres notes of citrussy hops in the finish. Nice strong ale with a lovely hop character.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - OCT 9, 2005
Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Bedford BF. A rich brown coloured beer with a malty sweet aroma. There is a little diacetyl and some good toffee together with fruity alcohol. The taste is sweet and quite alcoholically warming. A full mouthfeel and almost medicinal. Very nice.

chriso (7536) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2005
Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #14 at Bedford Beer Festival 2005. A copper coloured beer with the emphasis on nutty malt. Some smoky notes and lots of toffee. Powerful fruity malt flavour, with caramel and some chocolate nuances. Reminded me of Caramac chocolate bar (do they still make that). Well made to the style. I just prefer a touch more bitterness to balance things out.

3.5
MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2007
A Mes rate: Gravicask. Citric hoppy nose, mainly grapefruit. Nice dust and creamy mellow hoppy flavour. Straight down the line but a typically scrumptious Milton offering.

Copper, quite clean. Dark peach. Good mouth feel, but short aftertaste. It’s okay. (Pint shared at Haymakers pub)

SilkTork (5924) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAR 22, 2011
Gravity cask at White Cliffs/Dover Fest 2011. Perfume aroma - like a garden spray for bugs. hint of plastic and herb. Some bitterness. Doesn’t hold together.

hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2008
Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Copper amber. Delightfully sweet malty aroma. Fruity taste with pear, apple and other luscious stuff. Gentle bitterness. Unsubtle, yes, but very enjoyable..

jjsint (3604) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2015
Cask at the Devonshire Arms, Cambridge. Golden, clear with almost no head. Apricot, tropical fruit and seawater in the aroma. Strong alcoholic fruity taste. Unfortunately the aftertaste is astringent bordering on acrid so the whole package is brought down a notch.
