UPDATED: JAN 6, 2018 Cask. Pours light amber gold with white lace top. Aroma is hop fruits of the non-citric kind. Taste is medium bitter with light sweetness initially. Cask handpull at The Pembury Tavern as Milton Pegasus, 4.1%. Pours a dark almost rose gold, still and almost clear with a small greyish head. Aroma is a little cheese powder and syrup, breads. Body is smooth and rounded with soft carbonation. Taste has more cheese powder, tiger bread, sugary with a soft bitterness and a muddled fruitiness throughout. Middling stuff. On tap at The White Lion, Norwich. Amber with a small white head. Malty, caramel aroma with a touch of grassy note. Sweet malty flavour with a touch of grass.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern - London. Pours clear copper-gold with a creamy topping. The nose holds toasted biscuits, some toasted grains, some leafy hops. Light sweet flavour with a little ripening oranges, more lightly toasted grains, leafy hops, impressions of toffee. Nicely balanced in the finish, more toasty notes, light leafy bitterness.
