Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, overripped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.

Cask. Deep orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready and caramelly malty along with some mild green apples as well as some floral and grassy hops. Flavour is floral and grassy hops along with some bready and biscuity maltyness. Some slight fruityness towards the finish.

Clear amber beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Well balanced toffee malt with fresh apple orange hop. Mild bitterness. Dry finish. Very drinkable.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern - London. Pours clear copper-gold with a creamy topping. The nose holds toasted biscuits, some toasted grains, some leafy hops. Light sweet flavour with a little ripening oranges, more lightly toasted grains, leafy hops, impressions of toffee. Nicely balanced in the finish, more toasty notes, light leafy bitterness. Good stuff. Solid cask bitter.
