UPDATED: APR 24, 2015 Cask at the Prince Albert, Ely. Deep, dark gold, with a ring of loose white head. Scent of orange peel, cherries, pine, a bit of astringency. Mostly sweet fruity taste, but a soapy hint near the finish takes the experience down a notch. Reasonably bitter aftertaste. Fuller palette than you’d expect from this style and ABV. A mixed bag but mostly a very positive experience. kwik-lime (2165) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 10, 2014
Cask at the Pemburey Tavern, Hackney. Pleasant citrus and grassy hops but low carbonation made it pretty lifeless and forgettable. SilverfoX (879) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUL 10, 2014

On cask at The Devonshire Arms. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of lemon, grassy hops, caramel and yeast. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Nicely dry and a little sweet to finish. jackl (8597) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 20, 2012
Cask @ The Pembury Tavern. Light golden color with a small head. The nose is fresh orchard fruits, light malts and sugary dough. The taste is red apple, some apricot jam and delicate caramel. Soft, dry finish. Pleasing if forgettable. downender (9054) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 2, 2012
Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 1/07/2012. Deep gold with a slight white head. Like others, I found this had a corny, dusty edge to it, with some fruit sweetness and bitter finish. Not a beer I would rush to try again. DruncanVeasey (8603) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 31, 2012
UPDATED: FEB 5, 2014 1) Cask gravity, Northampton BF, Delapre Abbey, 25/05/12. Straw gold with a brief head. Banana and hay aroma. Grassiness, lemon, softening wheat and corn. A bit tired and mealy. The dreaded ’catfood’. Rate as you find.
