Tasted 8/15/10. Sampler from the Brewpub. Filtered with a golden hue. Trace ring of white head. Aromas of bitter, earthy hops, grass and orange rind. Medium to full bodied with a great dichotomy between the bright and the bitter. Good bright citrus hop palate. Also a nice zesty bitterness. Flavors of grass, orange and grapefruit. Great mix of two different styles with more so on the English dry side. Solid brew! drowland (9080) - Georgia, USA - AUG 12, 2010
8/11/10. 12oz bottle courtesy cbfobes! Light, clear amber pour that reminds me of pumpkin liqueur. A fluffy white head sticks around on top as a ring and a skin quite well. The aroma is mostly sweet malts, earth, and soap - not anything super awesome going on. The flavor is again very prominent in sweet malts with a bitter kick, but not a lot of distinct hop flavor. Poured from 12oz bottle, pours hazy amber with fluffy white head, has sweet but yet hoppy aroma to it, has flavor of malt over hops, nice example of a pale ale. pkbites (986) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 16, 2010
Pours a caramel colored brown with a beige head that doesn’t last very long. Caramel, yeast, malt, bakery, and floral hops are in the nose. Thick caramel flavor initially, but a watery finish with little bitterness kills the expectation. The finish isn’t horrible, but it still kills the overall score. The watery aftertaste is disappointing!!!!!!& andyhwcinc (1886) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 4, 2010
As part of a sampler at the Milwaukee Ale House in Grafton, WI. Thoroughly enjoyed this one, nice subtle pale ale that wasn’t overtly hoppy, clean finish, not too bitter. Would definitely try again.

Copper pour with a foamy off white head. Aroma was cereal, bread, some citrus and pine hops. Flavor was nicely hopped with some breadiness and caramel undertones. Petrucci914 (921) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 10, 2010
Pours a light copper color with plenty of particulate and a medium off-white head which fades rather quickly and leaves some sticky webbed lacing. Aroma is cereal grain, caramel malts, and light orange puree. Taste is smooth with good mouth-feel. Kind of tastes like a smooth Miller Lite with some more hop and malt complexities. I can see it being a good lawnmower beer, though. reliantkcar (102) - USA - FEB 28, 2010
hay, citrus, floral, golden, cloudy, minimal head, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium sourness, medium body, thin feel, soft carbonation, bitter, SHANER4 (507) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 21, 2010
Bottle 12oz. - Poured lighter copper color with chunks floating and staying suspended. Head is off white and retained small head throughout!
Aroma - lemony hops and damp hay. It also smelled like a barnyard!
Flavor - bitter astingent and pungent hops mixed with sour lemon taste, not that bad!
Palate - medium bodied with sticky texture. Finish is bitter and sour! Lemony sour aftertaste lasts a while.
Overall - Quite a bit of flavor for a pale ale, had salty lemony taste thats not that bad. Could use more malt sweetness to balance it out! satan165 (1020) - River Grove, Illinois, USA - JAN 29, 2010
aroma is salty lemon grainy malt. pour is blackening center sunlight, hazy, with film head and some lacing. flavor is lemon pine with some lime. balanced with near pilsner grain in background.
