Binny’s bottle enjoyed after a day at the Rockford Discovery Museum chasing kids. Way over carbonated. Seriously nothing but soapy head when poured. Good flavor when you can find it under the bubbles. I think my chest might explode! esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - APR 18, 2009
Gusher of a bottle. Extra lively floaty laden amber with a large slowly dissipating rocky white head. Aroma of grapefruit, grain and orange. Taste of caramel and pale malts and citrus. Body is over-carbonated but balanced and has a mild to moderate bitter finish. Ok. Brigadier (3680) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - SEP 29, 2007

I’ve seen this place a few times at the Great Taste of the Midwest and when driving through Milwaukee. I’ve never had their beers until now. It turns out they make a decent product. It wasn’t earth shaking but I would certainly be glad to have a place like this locally.
Aroma / Appearance - The cloudy copper body had a slight off white head and minimal carbonation. The scent of wheaties, malts and hops formed a pleasing collection of aromas.
Flavor / Palate - The first sip reminded me of hopped up sour mash. Caramel, bitterness and peat followed. The spruce finish was a nice touch. The body was a little thin. I found this an ideal summer beer.
Draught at the brewpub. Slightly hazy. Orange color with thin white head. There was some lace on the glass after I drained it. Pleasant flowery hop aroma. Tastes mostly of flowery/citrusy hops without a strong malt backbone. Moderate bitterness that lingers. Pretty tasty. NobleSquirrel (3438) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 21, 2012
Draft at Milwaukee Brewing. Pours an attractive reddish-orange with a fluffy and persistent white head. Nose is citrusy and pretty fresh, light toasted malts in the background. Clean. On tasting, moderate bitterness, good citrus hop flavor with balancing malt. Quite nice overall and worth drinking.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2006 Poured to a bronze/copper colored body with a rocky white head and excellent lacing. The aroma has some good APA characteristics. Pine and grapefruit hop with some decent malt. However, the aroma is a touch weak. Perhaps it’s the glassware/bar atmosphere. The flavor is nicely hoppy, some malt. Typical APA. The palate is rich and full, smooth. A good beer in the APA family. madvike (3264) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 24, 2012
Bottle - Clear light amber pour with a thin bubbly white head. Crackery biscuity malt on the nose, some mild citrus and herbal hopping, and a bit of caramel malt. Taste is very light--a crackery malt backbone with more yeast prominence than I’d expect, and a light citrus hopping. Very subtle, but balanced. Nothing bombastic about this one. And though I like my APA’s a bit cleaner, this is still pretty tasty. Carves out its own niche, for sure. hellbilly (3249) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - DEC 25, 2010
pale coppery orange with a white head.
it smells mostly of orange, grass, sweet grain and spicy hops.
caramel malt flavor stands out in front of citrus, earth, grass and a touch of spice on the finish.
medium bodied with a little extra oomph from the malt. 6/3/6/4/14/3.3 lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 7, 2009
Lightly hazy golden orange, whitish cover.. Aroma is citrusy, spicy hops, caramel. Taste is sticky, sweet, some citrusy hops, light bitter. cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - AUG 6, 2010
Poured from 12oz bottle, pours hazy amber with fluffy white head, has sweet but yet hoppy aroma to it, has flavor of malt over hops, nice example of a pale ale.
