Creamy head, light amber, very cloudy, fruity nose, mild banana, no hops. Medium carbonation. Sweet and and fruity, bubblegum with lots of caramel, sour aftertaste Boothead (26) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 26, 2012
Sharp aroma typical of Saison. Nothing special about the appearance but slightly darker for this style of beer. The rye flavor is neither overwhelming or unpleasant. Clean finish! nr706 (13) - Evanston, Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Bottle into a 16 oz. snifter. Pours copper/orange with frothy head that dissipates somewhat quickly. Earthy, saison-appropriate aroma with hints of citrus. Medium-full body with some bitterness lingering. jackoffasour (2) - - JAN 22, 2013 does not count
Bottle. This is a beer I would give to someone new to craft beers. Very smooth but also complex. Orange comes through both in color and taste. I would love to try this again. BVery (10510) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - AUG 8, 2013
Bottle. Big time clove and malty wheat in this. Pretty dense palate for the style. Lots of aroma and flavor - I’m digging this.
BeerInHeaven (449) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 7, 2014
pours a murky rich gold with a medium lacy head. There’s some spice in the aroma, like coriander. Must be the licorice. Interesting taste. Complex. Slight citrus with licorice. Creamy mouth feel. Pleasant long finish. A pretty good beer. Carlisle (745) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 20, 2015
Draft at the MKE Ale House. Orange-copper color with thin off-white head and minimal lacing. Fruit and yeast aroma. Fruit and yeast upfront.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange gold hue with a thin white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is spicy and floral. Think cloves, pepper, yeast and citrus. Taste is fruity and yeasty with some sweetness. Bananas, apples, lemon zest, biscuit maltiness, and YEAST. The strain really dominates the flavor. Good carbonation and somewhat dry finish with a hint of sourness. A nice interpretation of a Belgian. Slegar (26) - Green bay, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 27, 2012
This beer has so many tastes coming at you. Some of them dont seem to mix with each other. But pretty good on a hot day like today. jmcgavin12 (492) - Madison, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Pours orange with frothy white head. Citrus on the nose with bits of bready yeast and alcohol. The classic smell of a belgian with some tangerine hints as well. Taste is sweet but also astringent with sour and bitter notes. Finishes dry and crisp to make for a delicious beer
