They bragged about this beer, and it was quite good. Amber, a bit cloudy. Very expressive honeyish pumpkin aroma with light spices. Spicy, honeyish, pumpkiny character is quite nice. Rustic, but full of enjoyable flavours and all that honey character is fairly unique in pumpkin ale. 3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 12, 2011
cloudy orange. small head. bready sweet-muffin malt and pulpy / fleshy pumpkin nose. fresh and dense gourd meat character. low carbonation. low acid. low bitterness. semi-sweet pulp finish with half-way earthy dense yeast. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 10, 2011
ABQ beer fest. Hazy orange. Pronounced honey cake aroma, and lots of caramelized pumpkin. Honey and baked sweet pumkin flavors, with a crusty finish. The highlight is the honeyed and caramelized pumpkin flavors in the aromas and flavors. Really yummy, especially for lovers of straightforward non-spiced pumpkin beers.
