Poured a sound gold with a nice head that faded to lace. Aroma of malt and corn w/ hint of hops. Taste was similar to a cream ale with a slightly stronger hop flavor but still relatively moderate at best. Mouth feel was decent. Overall, this tasted more like a cream than a pilsner in my book but it still was decent. IlanMan (1015) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 5, 2010
Bottle. I was actually a little more impressed with this beer than the rest of the variety pack I purchased. The pour was light golden with a nice white head. Aroma was of a slight spicy hop, light citrus, corn, and crisp malt. Flavors were nice and smooth with mostly crisp malts finishing with just a touch of hop flavor and bitterness. I could have used a bit more hop dominance, but this wasn’t such a bad brew. Not a lot of flaws. jhudson1977 (2) - USA - NOV 2, 2009 does not count
This beer has a floral aroma of a nice balanced hop base that includes a hint of malt. The appearance is golden, clear, and pours with a nice white foam. This beer comes with a medium bitterness and light sweetness. Refreshing for a pilsner. This beer also comes with a medium body, slick feel, average carbonation and is slightly bitter. Overall, I found this beer to be refreshing as a pilsner. I am not one to thoroughly enjoy a pilsner, but this one I would buy again. I believe it to be the body more so than anything else. Everything else was good for a pilsner but the body was slightly heavier than a normal pilsner. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 1, 2009
bottle - Pours clear yellow-gold with a thin white head. It has a grainy malt aroma with some sugary and debatably fruity notes. The mild flavor is of sweet, grainy malt and barely there hops. It’s watery as hell. This sucks. DuffMan (10429) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 5, 2009
Sampled at the first annual Medicine Hat Beer Festival. Pale straw yellow, very stinky corny aroma. Ridiculously sweet palate with underlying sulfurous grains. Very bad.

From a 12 oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) in a Footed Pilsner glass at 43°. Color is a light gold with fizzy carbonation and a white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is sweet with corn and grain. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish of blond malts, corn and a touch of yeast. Clean but bland after taste. What can I say its just a plain, common Pilsener. Narnad (1521) - Crystal Lake, Illinois, USA - SEP 17, 2009
Pours a deep, clear, golden color with a medium thick, white, dense head. Aroma has a light skunk note, pilsner malt is prevelant, very light sourness and some mild floral hops notes.Flavor has a strong sweet grainy note with some toasted malt notes, light spicy/floral hops note and finishes with a light veggie notes. Lots of carbonation, very crisp, moderate density and a good lacing on the glass. Overall just what I would expect from a label assuring me that "all malt" was used in this beer production. bulldogops (2490) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 13, 2009
Last of the Minhas taster pack. Thank God. Bottle. 5.5%. Clear yellow pour with a weak white foam that bubbles away almost instantly. Aroma is skunky hops, grains, and a hint of sweet malts. Taste is identical, but with kind of a sweet burning sensation on the finish. Not unpleasant, but not refreshing either. Cirrhosis (1283) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 11, 2009
Standard gold body with zero bubbles floating on top 10 seconds after pour, looks completely flat. Aroma is chemical, with grass and compost maybe just maybe I can smell a faint hint of hop and citrus. Light Euro like taste with skunk, metallic hops, grass finishes very clean. Crap boring beer but nothing offensive. Headbanger (3999) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 8, 2009
12oz bottle 9/8/09-Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sweetness, malt, caramel, and corn. Taste of the same with a bit of sourness and grains. This light bodied brew is pretty uneventful.
