This beer has a floral aroma of a nice balanced hop base that includes a hint of malt. The appearance is golden, clear, and pours with a nice white foam. This beer comes with a medium bitterness and light sweetness. Refreshing for a pilsner. This beer also comes with a medium body, slick feel, average carbonation and is slightly bitter. Overall, I found this beer to be refreshing as a pilsner. I am not one to thoroughly enjoy a pilsner, but this one I would buy again. I believe it to be the body more so than anything else. Everything else was good for a pilsner but the body was slightly heavier than a normal pilsner. bpreo (2902) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - OCT 27, 2010
I honestly like this one a little better than the Billy Bock. Good, smooth flavor. IlanMan (1015) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 5, 2010
Bottle. I was actually a little more impressed with this beer than the rest of the variety pack I purchased. The pour was light golden with a nice white head. Aroma was of a slight spicy hop, light citrus, corn, and crisp malt. Flavors were nice and smooth with mostly crisp malts finishing with just a touch of hop flavor and bitterness. I could have used a bit more hop dominance, but this wasn’t such a bad brew. Not a lot of flaws. DasBierChef (1083) - Hudson, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 22, 2011
Pours a clear gold with thin white head. Pleasant malty aroma with a hint of citrus. Taste is again quite malty and smooth, but nothing remarkable. Comfortably smooth on the palate. rondphoto (4489) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 17, 2012
I don’t understand the fuss about skunky flavor and poor quality - maybe the samples were old and had turned. Clear, active golden amber with persistent 1/4" head and good spider-web lace. Looks good. Taste is sweet caramel malt that grows through the palate until it is halted by light hopping. The balance is good, the taste works fine for a pils; no big deal, but easy drinking and comfortable.

Poured a sound gold with a nice head that faded to lace. Aroma of malt and corn w/ hint of hops. Taste was similar to a cream ale with a slightly stronger hop flavor but still relatively moderate at best. Mouth feel was decent. Overall, this tasted more like a cream than a pilsner in my book but it still was decent. reebtogi (6341) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 22, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a small white head which leaves little lacing. Aromas of pale malts and light fruits with some light citrus hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with some light fruits and a mild citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium body with decent carbonation. Minhas’ "Brewmasters dream" is only slightly better than a typical macro lager ... disappointing. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 30, 2012
Bottle from State Line. Pours gold with 1-finger white head that laces well. Nose is pale malt, honey, hops. Tastes crisp, with notes of honey, apricotty fruit, pale malt, and a smooth finish and decent complexity. This one is good. Ratman197 (15204) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 1, 2012
Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, light fruittiness and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread and a hint of fuittiness with a crisp finish. DavidP (1748) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 9, 2009
Dark golden body w/ low carbonation. Surprisingly citrusy aroma - orange and lime zest. The flavor takes on the same citrus over medium-toast wheat bread. Pretty dry stuff and it takes on some astringency.
