2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a dark golden color. smell is sweet, some soap. taste is sweet, soapy, dry at the finish. Overall a flavor profile that I just don’t get.
Save your time and money. The beer is horrible. It’s cheap for a reason. No quality. ALL THE BEER is watery dish-water. Sure, one can buy this from Trader Joe’s for a low price, but really, what you get is nothing on par to quality. I’d rather put the extra money towards a pint or six pack of something more proven and worthwhile. This beer is made cheap for a reason and its to sell out. The owners, both non brew-masters by the way, just some trust fund rich kids, are slinging this dishwater to steal your money. I mean go on the website, it shows the guy walking out of his Escalade SUV and the interviews with him and the sister "co-owner" show the trust fund babies they are...both siblings are narcissistic and ridiculous. I would give this a zero rating if could. Christpuncher (3112) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 13, 2014

Clear Golden Color, Medium White Head Did Not Last, Decent Thin Lacing. Unpleasant Funky Corn Aroma. Taste about the same: Corn, Lightly Sweet, Light Bitter With Metal Aftertaste. Watery Thin. Brew master’s Dream, Drinkers’ Nightmare, heh? You’d think, that with brewing tradition since 1845 they’d know by now how to make a decent beer. On a positive side, at least they are consistent... making shitty beer every time. Would Rather Drink Miller than this. Once was enough. Pass It... kkleu357 (634) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 6, 2013
This is by far the worste beer I have ever had in my life. Toured the Minhas Brewery, which was actually very fun, and received a bottle of this for free. This beer tastes like water that came from a rusty pipe. We had two bottles of it and litterally dumped it down the drain. It really takes a gross beer to dump it. Maybe we just got a bad batch because I other reviews are ok for this beer. Braudog (6710) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 7, 2013
Sampled on draft at the brewery, and in the bottle 2 days later. Light yellow, thin beer. Drinks with a creamy malt, super sweet and creamy. I don’t much lager character at all from this, more of a cream or kolsch ale ... super, super sweet. Not gross, but not a pils. May 19, 2013 - bottle from Jake. Clear golden pour with white head that faded fast. Aroma was grainy and malt. Taste was consistent with aroma. Light to medium body and some carbonation. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - JAN 30, 2013
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a mostly clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of herbal hops and some light spice. Taste is light spicy hops. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. overall, ok. Nothing really special here.
