Bottled. Poured clear lighter amber with a short cap of whitish head.. looked OK. The aroma picked up semi-sweet honey and vegetal notes with accents of green apple and light grassy hoppage. The flavor found sweet honey and partially-composted veggies at the core.. residual sugars and sharp carbonation on the edges.. finished with not-all-that pleasant sugars. Lighter-bodied and well carbonated on the palate.. sharp at some times and tacky at others.. not a good beer. eboats (1082) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 30, 2010
Amber body. Smells like alcohol and is cloyingly sweet with a thin body. Terrible. cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - AUG 25, 2010
Poured from bottle, pours a decent amber color with no head at all, aroma is of grains and little malt, taste has a bitter metal taste that does not go well with the malt, overall just not good. dekester1 (366) - Town of Maple Creek, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 31, 2010
On tap @ Minhaus Brewery after the tour. A nice red-amber appearance with a decent head. Aroma of hay and light hops. Taste was of malts and grains. Overall, decent but not the best amber I’ve had. ganache (5897) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 17, 2010
Bottle. Very sweet nose, malty and lightly sugary with some toast and fruit. Amber body with a short and then gone beige head. A little bit of ash in the body, dryish with airy malt and light metal. Consistent carbonation, lightly tart, a little dirty. Meh.

Bottle. Pour was light amber color with a an aroma of slight caramel, lightly sweet malt, and a touch of roast. Flavor was on the drier side with only a little malt character and no hop bitterness. Very one dimensional. JoeZasada (317) - Beaumont, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 22, 2010
bottle. pours a medium amber with frothy white head that dissipates quickly. aroma of metal and syrup. tastes of metal, with some bitterness, and corn. maybe this bottle is a dud.... but if not then this one is kinda bleh. mcjay (463) - Neenah, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 4, 2010
Light copper color with a bit of a haze and a thin white head. MIld wheat aroma and a taste to match with a slightly sweet aftertaste that somewhat resembles honey. A little bland. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 1, 2009
bottle - Pours very light amber with an aroma of caramel malt and grain. The flavor is of sweet caramel malt, grain, and some off tasting sourness. It’s light bodied and a little watery. Lame beer. Based on the four beers in their sampler, calling Minhas beer "craft beer" is a misuse of the term. RSRIZZO (1986) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 29, 2009
From a 12 oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) in a Shaker at 40°. Color is a hazy golden brown with very good carbonation and a tight off white head. Aroma caramel and roasted malt. Taste is crisp and spicy. Starting with a lighter medium body it goes down easy with a crisp feel. Finish is mild malt flavor with a light caramel taste, little spice and end with a light bitterness. After taste is a bland fizzy feel. This is a bland, simple amber.
