2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This doesn’t come off as a Double IPA, or even a regular IPA. It’s just a semi-decent pale ale. Nothing to write home about.

Can. Pours a clear orange with a light gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong biscuit and earthy grain with a hint of grass backing. Flavor has lots of bread and biscuit with grass and a hint of earthy citrus. hershiser2 (3061) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - APR 13, 2017

(12oz can) - Soapy looking head. Clear body the color of dark golden with orange mixed in. Light aroma of rubbing alcohol. Flavor is unpleasant. Sort of oxidized with bitter traits. Lingers on the palate much longer than I’d hope for. Thankfully I only bought a single can. Thechasm442 (1005) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 16, 2016
$2.29 bomber from Trader Joe’s. Mostly clear orange with an average white head and lacing. Aroma is sweeter with oranges, pine, yeast, and bubblegum. Taste is make forward. Sweet malts blend with mild citrus and pine. Very thin and bland overall with a dry finish. muzzlehatch (4952) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 9, 2016
22 ounce bottle (as "Rhinelander" Imperial Jack) picked up at Woodman’s in Beloit for the ridiculous and mind-boggling price of $2.50 and consumed cold from the fridge from a Flying Fish pint. Pours a small to moderate white head atop a light amber, very clear body, leaving bare hints of lacing as it decays with moderate speed...weak sugary nose - brown sugar and maybe honey, a hint of thyme, some plastic qualities...surprisingly not as sweet on the tongue, though still a bit sugary - some woody/dry qualities throughout, a bit of caramelized malt, just a touch of sourness and acidity...dry finish, somewhat syrupy mouthfeel, low to moderate carbonation. I was kind of expecting horrible after my last couple of Minha’s experiences, so with those low expectations...well, it’s passable at best. robobeerbelly (78) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 17, 2016
UPDATED: DEC 23, 2016 Smell is great. The like a strong bock with a very bitter finish. Just a little too strong for me. Ungstrup (37330) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 4, 2016
Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, caramel, and over ripe fruit, leading to a bitter finish.
