This particular beer was provided by Buddy Alex for the dart tourney in which I particularly dominated. I have this fluid to thank. A decent IPA but it does not stand on the shoulders of giants. Thru Boatswain label via trader joe’s. Mer. Body was a bit on the watery side. milewide (2332) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - OCT 8, 2015
Labeled Boatswain American I.P.A. at Trader Joe"s. Much better than the ratings. Modest aroma, but taste was a fine blend of sweet malt and woodsy hop flavor. 6.7% ABV. cheap (6204) - CHINA - SEP 17, 2015
$3 bomber! This stuff so rude it borders on the double imperial old IPA taste. Cloudy iced tea color. Strong, medicinal. Alky begins to stick its ugly head up. Does have some minor cutting co2 in the background. Difficult, semi hard, strenuous, arduous, laborious, tough, onerous, burdensome, demanding, punishing, grueling, and nearly back-breaking, Good deal, thanks trader joe. jrodooo5 (1749) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - SEP 11, 2015
Decent pour but another horrible offering from minhas! Pours copper w/ an off white head & lacing. The aroma is just a little malty. The taste is very odd & more similar to malt than hop. Fiercely hopped? Really? I don’t get any hop flavor & I’m not sure if I’m going to b able to get these 22 ounces down! Ehhhh Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 3, 2015

Aroma medium strong, mildly pungent with feel of caramel sugars, touch of citrus.
Top: small, off-white with rings on glass.
Base: hazy, amber
Palate : medium bodied, drinkable. Average, maybe tad lighter than most carbonation. Average finish.
Taste: interesting blend, chose of hops and malts. It created notes of black tea, tad leafy greens with raw end.
Clean pour with a thinner head. Aroma doesn’t actually smell like hops. Flavor is of stale hop, grass, metallic, farm, and malt. Leaves a stale and unpleasant hop finish. A first and last. kidobutai (700) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - AUG 9, 2015
Not bad. Poured from a bottle. No head but okay lacing, clear and off-yellow. A bit skunky on the nose but not the taste. mike5326 (1788) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - AUG 9, 2015
Poured from a bottle. Musky malt and hops aroma. Light body with a really sweet flavor and a sweet finish.

A funky aroma of malt and skunked beer, pours a clear caramel color. Taste better than it smells, caramel, and malt with a hint of hops. Medium body with a bitter finish. Beersmithbacon (111) - San Luis Rey, California, USA - MAY 14, 2015
Super clear orange. Very watery no hop aroma, malts exist. Some earth and leather. Not sure what type of beer this was if no t for label.
