Tap @ Beer Belly: Yellow, white head, nose of light biscuit and clean hops. The flavor is malty, lots of biscuit and doughy notes. Crispy tail and a mellow body. Beautiful pilsener. MayumiH (1214) - - NOV 17, 2016
Bottle at my parents. Golden yellow colour. Sweetish. Bread, grass and citrus notes. Medium carbonation. Dry finish. Not bad at all. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2013

Light haze on this bright gold beer. Good white head. Palate is softish with mild minerally carbonation. Soft malt, little cream. Mild lager yeast. Nicely integrated mellow citrus. Touch of sweet tropical fruits. Mellow hop bitter finish. Nice pilsner, very drinkable.
A hazy golden color with a nice white head. Malty bread aroma with light, crisp hops in back. Flavor is heavy on the malts, light on the hops. Pretty full bodied for the style. Not a bad pils, but I prefer more hops in my pilsners.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2009 On tap at Beer Belly Edobori. This has gotten much better recently. Cloudy, glowing golden color. Now it is clearly in the Bohemian style, with biggish malt, decent hops, and a buttery quality. Rich, well balanced, good hops. A great session beer, though quality can be variable.

Tap at Edobori Beer Belly. Pale blond colour with small white head. Slightly cloudy. Aroma is bread dough, yeast, little bit of hops, and slightly fruity/floral (soft orange smell). Taste is grainy with a bitter finish. Lively in the mouth. Not bad. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 25, 2013
My Bottom Line:Westkyoto77 (635) - Kyoto, JAPAN - NOV 6, 2013
Crisp and fluffy, this Pilsener juxtaposes mild herbal hops and dry hay until delicate spicy bitterness slowly establishes itself.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the clear straw yellow.
-All flavors could have been more engaging, but there were no other issues to report.
-Mouthfeel was pleasant dry and drinkability quite high.
-This was much better cared for than their cask Bitter that evening. It didn’t feel rushed out at all.
On tap at Beer Belly Tenma.
Bottle. Enticing aromas of hops, hay and light fruit. Golden bronze, medium head. Light and fine carbonation. Well-balanced flavours of grass, sour peach. A touch of soap. Overall very well done- a fine pils. TimE (5817) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 11, 2009
Golden color with frothy white head. Nose is very hoppy and true to the Czech style, however, I found the body had a bit of diacytle, which I have tasted previously and think it is intentionally a part of the beer, but I didn’t like that. Still the hop profile is solid and nice lingering bitter finish. Potential to be great, but isn’t what I want. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2009
Bottle at Hotel Tokyu Inn. Clear golden - white head. High freshness, white bread, crispy, nice hoppy, light diacetyl notes, light fatness, grassy, light malty. Pleasant.
