On tap. Pours a bright orange color with a small white head. A nice big bready citrus nose. The flavor is caramel, sweet citrus, a bit of resin, actually pretty sweet. Solid IIPA. mzaar (3460) - Varberg, SWEDEN - MAY 30, 2017

Bottle courtesy of Rasmus. Pours hazy amber brown colour with a modest off-white head. Aroma of hop, orange, floral, malt, caramel, light chocolate and light pine. Medium plus sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, oily texture is oily, soft carbonation. Finish is bitter and zesty. MayumiH (1214) - - NOV 17, 2016

Bottle. Hazy orange-copper pour with next to no head. Aroma of pine sap, honey, caramel, citrus, a little dirty, some brown-ale type chocolate, complex and better after about five minutes. Taste is sweet caramel, grapefruit, pine, and a late bitter push. Kinda full mouth yet low flavour density for a IIPA, if that makes sense, moderate bitterness, a tad chewy and tongue-coating. Feels muddled and old-school, was more exciting once upon a time. Oakes (17664) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 23, 2016
Amber w touch of haze . Has a lot of caramel malts, rich grapefruit hop, lots of alcohol. Old school, quite strong, just infinitely chewy. adamdarcy (4) - Ferndale, Michigan, USA - JUN 12, 2016 does not count
Had to login and actually rate this place cuz it’s being misrepresented by great people with great intentions that don’t know that this place is an AMERICAN craft beer place modified to the Japanese tastes. In a word, this place is honest. A few more words that come to mind are inventive, adventurous, fearless. Really amazingly great place from the perspective of a guy who has enjoyed every American craft brewery currently enjoyed as the so-called ’Best’. melush (4065) - SPAIN - MAY 19, 2016

Bottle from kansai-thanks! Copper orange, minimal head. Nose is almost like a light barleywine, lots of caramel and toffee malts, some orange citrus. Taste follows, malt forward, lightly sweet, with some citrus pith bitterness. Smooth for the ABV and clean.
