UPDATED: JUN 21, 2013 Tap at Edobori Beer Belly. Pale yellow, cloudy with white head. Aroma is wheat and a bit of lemon. Also slight herbal element. Taste is creamy malts, wheat and a touch of spice. Fizzy in mouth and nice texture. Gets creamier the further you go down the glass. Not bad. Re-rate 21/6/13. Aroma this time is creamy and a bit fruity, maybe sour plum or peach, spicy and hint of banana. Taste is a bit flat, creamy banana with a bit of spice again. mrjez (612) - Osaka, JAPAN - JUL 30, 2015
L: pours a nice cloudy wheat gold.
S: plenty of spice and banana.
T: banana comes through first, not a complex taste but pleasant.
F: has a decent creamy start and a dry spice finish. Good body.
O: a tasty refreshing weizen, not knocking it out of the park but solid for a session. BuckeyeBoy (7544) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 6, 2016

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2016 7/2016 on tap at the Ramen shop next to CBB.
Aroma: Apple, wheat, hint of green banana and yeast.
Flavor: Ripe apple with light acidity, wheat, yeast and some banana character that came out as it warmed up. Like the Pale Ale, I liked this more than in the past.
8/25/2010. Aroma: Light smoke and BBQ, malt, some biscuit and banana notes.
Palate: Fairly well balanced
Flavor: light smoke, banana, some spice.
Comments: This was a smoked version that was aged for 9 months. Not sure whether this was distributed or just a small experiment. I preferred their aged Weizenbock.
