This is my first ratebeer rating. It was nice for a trippel, but it felt lacking in body and roundedness. Is the boosyness the focus? Made a good pairing with lasagna. Here are the buzzwords:
golden, clear on first pour from 22oz bottle, cloudy on second pour, foamy thick very pale brown head in tulip glass; sweet boosey banana & bubblegum aroma; medium body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation; slightly astringent, medium-long finish. trailer park tasting. Bright light amber color with lasting ivory foam; nice lacing. Dusty, crackery pils malt, dry spice, light fruit aromas. Light bodied with average co2. Very nice dusty pils malt, dry spice, dried citrus peel, light fruit, peppery, earthy hop flavors----nicely drying finish____easy drinking----very good.
gold pour some white foam. Aroma green apples, belgian yeast sorta combines into vom. Tastes honey, grape skins, some citrus tartness that is super rare, dusty spice, acetaldehyde. tart mouthfeel. rough around the edges, but it is interesting monk191 (2022) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 30, 2014
A nice well balanced tripel, but a bit forgettable. Pours a bright cloudy orange. Smells of citrus and lemon, with some classic Belgian yeast and herbs, sage. Taste is quite herby, with some lemon. Slightly hoppy finish. Had in the bottle. Theydon_Bois (21466) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2014
Keg at the taproom, 07/11/14.
Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering.
Nose is Belgian yeast, candied fruit peel, spice, lemon rind, tangerine.
Taste comprises lemon jus, spice, bubblegum, candied fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Ok Belgo affair, doesn’t get too sweet, a little hop bitterness helps this and doesn’t show the ABV.

Draft - Banana and bubble gum with Belgian yeast. Hazy gold with a nice white head. Bubblegum, light banana and Belgian yeast profile. Light citrus, but nothing standing out. PacNWDad (107) - Washington, USA - NOV 2, 2014
11/2/2014. 22 oz bottle purchased at Full Throttle Bottles, poured into a goblet. Pours with a thin layer of white head that dissipates quickly. Decent amount of lace, though. Golden and somewhat hazy. Aroma of citrus, coriander, white pepper, some biscuit and yeast. Sweet flavor, with some sour (white wine) and spice coming out in the finish. Fizzy, heavy body with alcohol spice and a medium length finish. A tasty beer. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - APR 1, 2014
