Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, dsuty malt, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, old malt, caramel, bread, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours a clear amber with a decent off-white head. Aromas of honey, malt and a little hop. Medium body with sharpish carbonation that turns creamy. Flavor is caramel, nutty and some bitter. Seems fairly balanced. Rather crisp, apparently with grassy hop.

not a huge fan, but not bad either. this amber/alt is reminicent of Alaskan Amber, not quite as good. low level hops and light malt. uneventful taste.
