12 oz bottle from Country Club Liqours. Clear amber with a slight green tinge. Head is greenish beige that lasts and laces heavily. Nose is caramel, bubblegum, and citrus. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with a light alcohol warmth.

Cervezote BB 2016-06

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2016 From Zombier. In Teku glass. Watching Lod Soprano 3x11. Caramel and pineapple, with a good dose of bitterness and a smooth and dangerously drinkable feeling for such a high ABV

This brew is a hazy brownish-amber color with a medium thick light beige head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of rye malt, hops and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, resiny hops and fruit. The finish is rye malt up front with a piney hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

bartlebier (4123) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - NOV 18, 2015
12oz bb:N/A, among idiosynkrasie’s bounteous bottlebox. Smells of that typical high-octane crystal malts-go-sweet-orange-jam of many US-DIPAs, quince marmelade and its fruity damp resins. About the same in taste, mostly sweet preserved oranges or orange-shaped candy, dryish quince jam and beetroot sugar with a good coating of resinous bitterness. Drinks astoundly easy, without real abv heat or burn, while not really owning up to its 10% potential.
