Pours a deep brown on tap with bubbly tan head that dissipates to leave light lace. Aroma of light toasted and sweet caramel nutty malts. Taste follows, pretty much a straight brown ale with no coconut to be found. Meh. Ernest (7888) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 11, 2016

It’s a bit flabby and sweet in the mouth, but drinkable. Nice aroma, the coconut is there but not overbearing. Decent but unexciting. FROTHINGSLOSH (8291) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2015
UPDATED: JUL 21, 2015 Sampled on draft at Dad’s pub this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was nutty, malty and had a touch of vanilla. The flavor was roasty, malty, vanilla, a hint of coconut, toasty malts and nut. The flavor got richer as it warmed. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent. Ratman197 (15612) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAY 27, 2015
