Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, tart notes, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Tasting at ChrisOs. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is softish and airy. Rich malt. A little unsweet dark chocolate. Spicy licorice. Softish and semi dry finish. Fine.

Charred-roasted malt nose, some burnt marshmallow. Medium to big sweet flavor with cocoa, moderate roast, faint raisins and other dark fruits, light alcohol, char. Medium to full bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Warming finish with further charred malts, light burnt meat, dark chocolate, burnt earth bitterness, dark sugars. Nice. Nose is dark roast malt, touch lactose, liqourice, molasses, dark toffee, smidge of chocolate.
Taste comprises roast malt, milk chocolate, toffee, brown sugars, touch lactose.
Full bodied with fine carbonation.
