COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A style of beer curiously born on the foggy shores of Father Junipero Serra’s first founding mission. Our own vigorous entry is one rebellious IPA, quick on the trigger, and brimming with a bounty of hop ingenuity. This is a big, bold, brazen beer, a restless vision of a new America.

Poured a cloudy apricot with a thin white head. Aroma was grapefruit malt and some pine. On the palate you get sweet fruit followed by malt and finishing with a lingering bitterness of some pine and grassy notes. Mouthfeel was medium and smooth but did have a little alcohol burn.

Press a reddish amber, sudsy ivory head. Very hop heavy on the nose, sweet pine, tropicals, spice. Medium body and carb, more pine, but more cereal and grain than expected. Berries and citrus. Well balanced and delicious.

Cerveza color café claro con turbidez. Corona de espuma pequeña con moderada retención. Aromas a cítricos, lúpulos, pino y resina. Al paladar consistencia semi líquida con notas a cítricos, pino y lúpulos; el amargor moderado persiste durante unos minutos. Muy agradable cerveza. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark orange rust color with a thin white head. Some pine and malts in the aroma. Malty flavors with just a hint of bitterness. Fairly enjoyable. Reminds me of Weyerbacher Double Simcoe.

Bomber, thanks Christina! Caramel malt aroma with pine and citrus hop notes. Pours cloudy amber colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with sweet caramel malt and some citrus hop flavors. Finishes dry and bitter with big pine resiny hoppiness and bitterness that coats the palate. Pretty good, but a little bitter on the finish.

Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - AUG 25, 2016
