3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours cloudy golden with a fully receding white head. Notes of peppery yeast, pear, banana, light citrus, sweet malt.
Bomber from Trader Joe’s. Slightly hazy golden with a huge, soft off-white head. Aroma of banana, grasses, spice. Flavor is heavy on the banana, lighter on the spice, grass. Kinda different, but pretty good. hayduke (5204) - Eureka, California, USA - FEB 1, 2017
Shared with with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head Light lacing. Nose is banana and clove, with wheat and lemon. Something dusty. Light to medium body. Flavor is strongly of banana and clove with the lemon and some floral notes carrying over into the light bitter finish . Maybe not to style but not bad in drink-ability . Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. I rolled the bottle so it was cloudy. Orange gold in color with a nice white head. The aroma is musty cloves and bananas. Floral flavors lead with cloves second. A little citrus and gentle hops. This is pretty much a classic hefe. Something is different in this one. Floral notes? Different yeast? Not sure. I like this and generally like a good hefe. This one just doesn’t quite have that "something." alexsdad06 (10392) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 11, 2016
Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have pale wheat malts, grains, cloves, banana, citrus, yeast, very basic hefe, but at the right price. unclefrito62 (276) - Stow, Ohio, USA - SEP 8, 2016
Bottle from Trader Joes. Smells like yeast and wheat. Taste a little like wheat, kind of bland. One inch white head. Not real smooth on the palate. Oveall this is an average beer.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Trader Joe’s. Aroma is mix of sweet and tart fruits, particularly banana. Appearance is cloudy light brown-orange with minimal sparkle at sides of glass, thin white foamy head with poor retention and no lacing. Taste is as aroma with sweet fruit/banana dominating over tart. Palate is medium bodied with thin, foamy texture, soft carbonation and fruity/tart finish. Overall, true to the style. Solid, if not fantastic. jflopsu (1614) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 6, 2016
Pours a hazy gold-orange. A strong sweet orange, wheat, and yeast aroma. A sweet citrus flavor with pine, wheat, yeast and some spices. A lingering dry yeast aftertaste, but sweet with some orange. BlackHaddock (7329) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 26, 2016
650ml bottle on my daughters patio in Laguna Niguel on 26th April 2016. A whole lot better beer than I expected when she told me how much it cost her. Anyway I poured it into an Erdinger Weissbier glass (twice), it looked fine, a murky, dull orange body with a large snowy white crown on each pour. Yeasty nose and flavours with mild orange led citrus notes, no world beater, but very good for the price. Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - APR 17, 2016
Good one very spiced and quite aromatic. Quite refreshing and easy to drink and enjoy too. CzechTex (160) - - APR 11, 2016
Big bottle. Nice example of the style, decent Hefeweizen. Absolutely solid, not exceptional.
