4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Podria entrar dentro de las cualidades de una English IPA, bitterness elevado buena retencion de espuma, aromas citricos y florales. Cuerpo medio, diacetilo muy bajo. Exelente cerveza.
Very balanced and colorfull red/brownish beer. Clear but not crystal, which makes you realize that is lighltly filtered, though no sediments are present. a long lasting creamy head is present and It’s got a combination of hoppy aromas, close to herbs and a bit roasty. As for taste, sweetness is not present, even though it is not an IPA it’s got a medium-heavy bitterness. A light-medium body represents the palate of this beer with a soft carbonation and a long lasting flavor remaining thorughout the tonge, freshness would be a precise word to describe the taste. My overall experience with this beer has been whithin the top ten amber ales I’ve tried, the combination with some german sausages rockets the overall sensing experience.
